The onus is on the passenger to check that all travel documents are in order. This includes passport validity (minimum of 6 months after intended return date and a minimum of 2 blank pages); visa requirements; vaccinations; re-entry permits etc.

With reference to visas, those nationals who do not have Mozambican High Commission representation in their home country may be allowed to purchase a single-entry visa at the principle border entry posts at a cost of approximately (USD) $85. They are no longer allowed to purchase these visas at any border entry point. For those guests flying in to Mozambique, they also run the risk of being denied boarding by the airline. At present, some SADC member state nationals are exempt of visas for Mozambique.

Dana Tours Lda does not accept any responsibility for any consequences whatsoever resulting from a passenger’s failure to ensure that he/she has complied with these necessary requirements. If a rental car is booked, the passenger requires a valid driver’s license as well as a credit card for fuel deposits etc
